Whatnot Rewards Club Enhances Buyer-Seller Interaction

Whatnot, a popular online marketplace, is thrilled to introduce its latest innovation – the Rewards Club. This novel loyalty program is designed to revolutionize the buying and selling experience on the platform, fostering stronger connections between buyers and sellers through a range of engaging rewards and incentives.

Rewards Club is more than just a standard loyalty program; it is an achievement-based system that benefits both buyers and sellers alike. Sellers can utilize this program to expand their businesses, monitor buyer interactions, and provide attractive rewards. The initiative is built on simplicity, accessibility, and the promise of fostering deeper engagement between all parties involved, ultimately leading to increased transactions.

One of the standout features of the Rewards Club is its customizability for sellers. Recognizing that every seller’s business is unique, the program offers flexibility, allowing sellers to tailor their loyalty initiatives to suit their specific community and business objectives. This personalized approach ensures that each seller can optimize their offering to drive maximum value and engagement.

The structure of the Rewards Club is organized into five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier corresponds to a set number of achievements that sellers can determine. These achievements may range from the number of shows watched, purchases made, or the total amount spent on the platform. By fulfilling these achievements, members can unlock various rewards and benefits, such as status badges, coupons (both dollar-based and percentage-based), and exclusive access to special shows.

To keep the program dynamic and exciting, Rewards Club operates on a seasonal basis, with resets occurring every three months. This periodic refresh gives sellers the opportunity to refine and enhance their offerings, ensuring that the program remains engaging and up to date throughout the year.

One of the most appealing aspects of Rewards Club is its adaptability to the diverse needs of different sellers. Sellers have the autonomy to set achievement thresholds and select rewards that align with their unique business strategies. This level of customization empowers sellers to create a loyalty program that is truly reflective of their brand and community.

Managing tiers and achievements within the Rewards Club is a straightforward process. Sellers can initiate their program at any point during a season and make adjustments as necessary at the end of each season. This flexibility enables sellers to fine-tune their initiatives based on performance and customer feedback, ensuring continued relevance and effectiveness.

Beta testing for the Rewards Club is currently underway until August 31, with the official launch of Season 1 scheduled for September 1. During this testing phase, sellers have the opportunity to refine their tiers and make any necessary changes by consulting their Account Manager or contacting Whatnot Support.

For sellers interested in joining the waitlist for early access to edit tiers ahead of the Season 1 launch, a sign-up link is available on the platform. However, sellers must meet specific criteria to participate in the Rewards Club, including having processed a minimum of 50 non-giveaway orders, earned over $1,000 on Whatnot, maintained a seller rating of 4.8 or higher, and adhered to platform guidelines without any repeated violations.

For buyers, joining a seller’s Rewards Club is automatic upon making a purchase, providing instant access to a range of exciting rewards and coupons. The Rewards Club overview page offers a convenient way to manage coupons and rewards, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Achievements within the program are tracked based on the total amount spent, including taxes and shipping fees. However, any discounts applied through coupons do not contribute towards spending achievements, maintaining a fair and transparent system for all users.

Members of the Rewards Club also have the option to customize their visibility by choosing to display or hide their Rewards Badges during live shows, respecting individual privacy preferences and comfort levels.

As the Rewards Club continues to evolve and expand, Whatnot remains committed to providing dedicated support and assistance to all users. If sellers or buyers have any questions or require guidance, the Whatnot support team is readily available to help, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants in the program.
